leah's marathon training program schedule
Regular runs should be between 8:45 and 9:20/mile pace.
Long runs should have first mile at 10:10-10:30/mile, next 75-80% at 9:50-10:10/mile, and last 20-25% at 9:10/mile.
Recovery/stamina runs should be first 2 miles at 9:40-10:05/mile, from mile 2 to end of run 9:10-9:40/mile.
